You can use the button below to book an initial assessment session. This is a first meeting where we’ll get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and see if working together feels like a good fit. We’ll also discuss whether sessions would suit you better online or in person.

Assessment sessions are available on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
