I’ve always been fascinated by what it means to be human—the hidden layers of our thoughts, emotions, and connections. Originally from Hungary, I moved to the UK to begin a new chapter. While it opened up new opportunities, it also came with challenges, including navigating a different culture and finding a sense of belonging. That experience led me to a deep process of self-exploration—one that ultimately brought me to therapy, both as a client and later as a therapist.
Over the years, I’ve become especially passionate about working with those who feel misunderstood or out of step with the world around them. Whether it’s a cultural background that makes you feel different, a sense of not quite fitting in, or struggles with self-doubt and belonging, these experiences can be isolating. Therapy offers a space to make sense of these feelings, understand yourself more deeply, and build the kind of life and relationships that feel meaningful to you.
In my practice, I have experience working with people who struggle with self-criticism, social anxiety, perfectionism, and navigating major life changes, including grief and bereavement. Many of my clients describe feeling like outsiders in their relationships, workplaces, or communities. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you reconnect with yourself and move through life with greater confidence and ease. My work is grounded in ethical practice, continual learning, and a deep commitment to providing a space where you can explore, grow, and feel truly seen.
