I’ve always been drawn to what makes us human: the hidden layers of emotion, memory, and relationships that shape how we move through the world.
Originally from Hungary, I came to the UK to begin a new chapter. It brought growth but also challenges: adjusting to a different culture, navigating identity, and trying to feel at home in a place—and myself—that didn’t quite fit yet.
That experience brought me to therapy, first as a client, then as a therapist.
Now, I work with people who often feel like outsiders in their own lives. You might be:
- Living between cultures or countries
- The sensitive one in a family that didn’t understand you
- At a turning point: navigating grief, career change, menopause, or divorce
- Struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or people-pleasing
Even if things look fine on the outside, you may still feel lost, disconnected, or not quite enough.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, honesty, and depth.
We explore what shaped you, how past experiences are still affecting you, and what needs to shift. It’s a space to make sense of your story, release shame, and reconnect with who you are, beyond old roles or expectations.
You don’t have to explain yourself here. You don’t have to perform. There’s room to feel, pause, reflect, and be fully human without apology.
My work is grounded in ethical practice, continual learning, and a deep commitment to providing a space where you can explore, grow, and feel truly seen.
